Compensation:

• ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (depending on experience & performance in interviews).

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in culinary operations.
• Must be from a technical culinary background with strong expertise in modern kitchen operations.

• Trial Round (optional, depending on the candidate’s profile and performance)

About the Role:
We are hiring Executive Chefs / Head Chefs / Corporate Chefs to lead and manage the culinary operations for Foodonway outlets in Ahmedabad. The role demands strong leadership, menu innovation, operational expertise, and the ability to maintain high standards in food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and design menus in line with customer preferences and business requirements.
• Supervise daily kitchen operations across outlets.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff.
• Monitor food cost, wastage, and inventory management.
• Implement standard recipes and portion control.
• Collaborate with management to drive operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience as an Executive Chef / Head Chef / Corporate Chef.
• Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Must have a technical background in culinary arts or hotel management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and people-management skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
