Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of our premium catering services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
  • Develop menus and catering concepts for various clientele and events
  • Manage kitchen budgets, cost control, and supplier coordination
  • Lead and mentor culinary staff, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations and company standards

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree/Diploma or formal culinary/catering training from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Chef in reputed 5-star hotels
  • Strong expertise in international cuisines, large-scale food production, and team leadership
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹166,000.00 - ₹238,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
