Job Description

Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of our premium catering services.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
Develop menus and catering concepts for various clientele and events
Manage kitchen budgets, cost control, and supplier coordination
Lead and mentor culinary staff, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation
Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations and company standards

Qualifications & Experience

Degree/Diploma or formal culinary/catering training from a recognized institution
Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Chef in reputed 5-star hotels
Strong expertise in international cuisines, large-scale food production, and team leadership
Excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹166,000.00 - ₹238,000.00 per month
