Job Description

Degree (B.E / B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering with 3–5 years of field experience, OR
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 6–8 years of field experience.
Candidates with prior exposure to Steel Industry will be preferred.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as the first point of contact.
Liaise with clients for RFQs (Request for Quotation) and coordinate with the estimation & execution team for preparing proposals.
Follow up on submitted RFQs and ensure timely conversion into confirmed orders.
Support the Manager–BDM in achieving business development targets.
Maintain systematic records of client interactions, site visits, and opportunities.
Provide weekly reports on work status, progress, and pipeline to the Manager–BDM.
Participate in negotiations, site visits, and business discussions as required.

Key Skills Required

Strong communication, client-handling, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of industrial projects, especially steel plant operations.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (Estimation, Execution, Accounts, etc.).
Self-driven, target-oriented, and ready to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
Knowledge of MS Office & basic reporting tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
