Job Description

Executive Billing, Revenue & Reconciliation

Location: Bangalore, Jayanagar

Department: Finance

About the Role:

customer billing, revenue accounting, and reconciliation activities

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and issue customer invoices as per contracts, purchase orders, and agreed billing schedules.
Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with revenue recognition guidelines.
Perform monthly/quarterly reconciliation of
Form 26AS
or equivalent tax-credit statements; identify mismatches and coordinate resolution with the Tax/Finance team.
Track
Fixed Deposits (FDs)
, calculate and verify interest accruals, receipts, and TDS deductions.
Prepare reconciliation reports for:

Billing vs. Collections
26AS vs. Internal Records
FD Interest vs. Bank Statements

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
Ensure adherence to accounting and taxation standards.
Maintain documentation and support audit requirements.

Requirements:

Education:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
Experience:
2–5 years in billing, reconciliation, or accounting.
Strong in Excel; SAP/ERP exposure is an added plus.
Detail-focused, analytical, and deadline-driven.
