Roles & Responsibilities:
Office Administration & Operations
Oversee administrative operations for corporate offices, manufacturing plants, and project sites.
Manage facilities, including infrastructure, renovations, utilities, and assets management.
Vendor & Contract Management
Identify, negotiate, and oversee vendor contracts, ensuring SLA compliance and quality service delivery.
Develop and implement Corporate and Project Sites MIS formats and SLA documentation for performance monitoring.
Project Site Administration
Administrative governance of Project Sites ensuring standardization of services.
Ensure timely administrative setup and operational readiness of new Project Sites.
Logistics & Travel Management
Oversee travel desk including transport, ticketing, hotels, and relocation support for employees across locations.
Plan and coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and employee travel.
Budgeting & Cost Optimization
Prepare and manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets to align with organizational goals.
Implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize resource utilization.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws; maintain audit-ready documentation for transparency.
Thorough understanding and involved in implementation of IMS standards.
Crisis & Event Management
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth execution of events and crisis management.
Plan medical support, including medical room setup, doctor visits, and ambulance coordination.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP and other admin relevant tools
