Executive - Assurance - ASU

Role Overview: As an Assurance Executive at EY, your primary responsibility will be to carry out operational, financial, process, and systems checks to review and appraise activities, systems, and controls. Your duties will include identifying accounting and assurance issues, conducting substantive testing of appliances, identifying improvements to control systems and procedures, presenting assurance reports to management, and assisting seniors in reviewing financial statements and preparing assurance reports. Key Responsibilities: - Identify accounting and assurance issues, and discuss with assurance in-charge for resolution - Conduct substantive testing of appliances according to the assurance plan and document all work performed - Identify improvements to control systems and procedures - Present assurance reports clearly with key recommendations to management - Assist seniors in reviewing financial statements and preparing assurance reports, management comment letter, and management representation letter Qualification Required: - Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 0-3 years of experience Additional Details: EY is committed to being an inclusive employer and offers flexible working arrangements to achieve a balance between client service and personal priorities.
