Experience - 03-05 yrs

  • managing daily operations, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.
  • E-mail typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Maintaining databases and keeping records. (In Excel)
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

  • Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Personal assistant: 5 years (Preferred)
