SRC Cyber Solutions LLP is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and well-spoken Executive Assistant / Customer Support Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can provide strong administrative support to the team while also handling client interactions with professionalism and clarity. The candidate must have excellent communication skills in English, a proactive approach to work, and a willingness to relocate to Greater Noida. . Key Responsibilities: Assist senior management with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination. Handle client communication via email, phone, and video calls with clarity and professionalism. Support customer onboarding, ticketing, and follow-ups to ensure high client satisfaction. Maintain records, documentation, and reports with accuracy. Requirements: Female candidates only. 23 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Customer Support, or similar administrative role. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to manage time effectively, handle confidential information, and multitask. Willingness to relocate to Greater Noida and work from the office. Immediate joiner preferred. Regards.
