About the job: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Security Analyst to join our team. This internship is a great opportunity for candidates passionate about cybersecurity and eager to build real-world skills in threat analysis, incident response, and risk assessment. You will work closely with our security team to monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents while also contributing to improving our overall security posture. Key responsibilities: 1. Work cross-functionally with clients (Enterprise/MSSP/MSP) and channel partners. 2. Achieve targets with delivery and support. 3. Function as a subject matter expert on topics relevant to the cybersecurity ecosystem, including various vendor solutions, platforms, integrations, and competitors 4. Perform other duties as assigned or required. This role is an office role. The selected candidate will have to shit to Greater Noida not Noida. Lead the engagement from support to delivery. 2. Speak fluent English with excellent communication skills. 3. 1–2 years of sales experience in IT security solutions. 4. Proven experience in cybersecurity with strong technical knowledge of SaaS platforms. 5. Technical expertise in sales and support for cybersecurity solutions. 6. Hands-on experience with XDR/EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Cortex). 7. Experience with agent-based deployment, including installation and implementation. 8. Familiarity with group policies (GPO). 9. Proficiency in PowerShell and Bash scripting. 10. Advantageous to have basic experience in managing endpoint management compliance (UEM) platforms. 11. Added advantage with experience in managing asset and inventory platforms. 12. Basic knowledge of AWS is a plus. 13. Background in working with VADs, SIs, or as a System Admin. 14. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. 15. Highly efficient with strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and meeting tight deadlines. 16. Experience in working with direct clients (Enterprise/MSSP/MSP), channel partners, and global technology partners. 17. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). 18. A bachelor's degree is required.
