We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to support daily operations through efficient administrative handling, calendar management, coordination with internal/external stakeholders, and maintaining confidentiality in a dynamic business environment.
Calendar & Scheduling Manage MDs diary, meetings, and reminders
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and under pressure
High level of integrity and professionalism
