About The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the Founder across diverse business and personal domains. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing international travel, complex scheduling, communication, and operational coordination with precision and discretion. This role demands a proactive professional who can anticipate requirements, ensure seamless execution, and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in a dynamic, multi-faceted environment.

Designation: Executive Assistant

Experience: 6-10 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the Founder’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel — including visa processing, flight bookings, hotels, and detailed itineraries.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive business and personal information.
  • Liaise across multiple operations and business functions for meetings, updates, and communication flow.
  • Prepare and review documentation, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage personal engagements, PR coordination, and brand-related activities for the Founder.
  • Proactively anticipate and address operational needs to ensure seamless task execution.
  • Handle expense tracking, reimbursements, and vendor coordination as required.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a Founder’s Office role.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • High discretion and emotional intelligence when dealing with confidential and high-level matters.
  • Proven experience handling international travel, visas, and logistics.
  • Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.

Preferred / Added Advantage

  • Exposure to luxury, lifestyle, or high-profile client management.
  • Prior experience supporting a Founder, CXO, or entrepreneur managing multiple ventures.
  • International travel experience and understanding of cross-cultural business etiquette.
