Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Noida for an Executive Assistant to the President. The Executive Assistant will provide executive-level administrative and operational support, including managing calendars, preparing expense reports, and coordinating schedules. The role also involves day-to-day administrative assistance and supporting the President's strategic initiatives by ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and Executive Support skills
• Experience in managing Calendaring and Expense Reports
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
