Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the founder of a growing test prep company in managing day-to-day operations, communication, and coordination. The role blends administrative, operational, and student-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the founder’s schedule, appointments, and daily task list
  • Coordinate with students for scheduling, and queries
  • Draft and manage communication — emails, messages, and social posts
  • Organize teaching materials, notes, and online resources
  • Maintain basic finance records (payments, receipts, reports)
  • Handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day execution

Requirements:

  • Based in Pune (near Magarpatta)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, WhatsApp, Zoom, and LinkedIn preferred
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • Prior experience as an EA, operations associate, or academic coordinator is a plus
  • Comfortable interacting with students and working in a learning-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
