Executive Assistant (EA)

This isn’t a “calendar-and-coffee” EA job. It’s a chance to sit at the heart of a growing consumer brand and:

• Be a

  strategic partner

  in driving daily priorities, follow-ups, and execution.
• Wear multiple hats across

  operations, admin, and projects

• Solve problems before they even appear.
• Work in a setup where Excel sheets and creative brainstorms live side by side.

• Manage the Founder’s calendar, priorities, and daily workflow with absolute precision.
• Track projects across functions (marketing, ops, finance, HR) and ensure deadlines don’t slip.
• Own reporting: Excel trackers, MIS updates, dashboards, and follow-ups.
• Handle vendor and partner coordination, keeping communication sharp and timely.
• Support in office administration, travel planning, and smooth day-to-day operations.
• Be the “go-to” person who ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

• 7–12 years of experience

• Excel wizardry

  (pivots, lookups, formulas — you name it).
• Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful.
• Great communication skills and an ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
