Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for an Executive Assistant to MD. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing diaries, and offering executive and administrative support. This includes scheduling meetings, coordinating communications, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and Executive Support skills
Strong Diary Management and scheduling skills
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with office software and tools
Ability to work independently and efficiently
