Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director (MD) plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the MD's office. This position involves handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, enabling the MD to focus on high-level strategy and leadership. The EA will be responsible for maintaining the MD’s calendar, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and acting as the primary point of contact between the MD, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, or similar role in a corporate setting.

- Experience supporting senior leadership is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive, solutions-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs and address challenges effectively.
