Executive Assistant to Managing Director (EA) - Looking for Female Married candidates with strong stability, maturity, and long-term commitment.

Location: Guha Road, Ghusury, Howrah – 711107 (West Bengal)
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Role Overview

We are seeking a sharp, reliable, and highly organized Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. This role requires strong follow-up skills, clear communication, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments. You will act as the MD’s execution arm ensuring commitments, tasks, and decisions move forward smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas/MOMs.
  • Track all action points, follow up with internal teams, and ensure timely closures.
  • Draft professional emails/letters; maintain files, records, and documentation.
  • Prepare daily/weekly review notes and simple dashboards (Google Sheets/Docs/Slides).
  • Coordinate with production, QC, purchase, accounts, and MDO teams (CRM/PC/MIS).
  • Conduct online research and prepare briefs, summaries, and presentations.
  • Manage limited personal coordination for the MD (travel, bookings, errands) with discretion.
  • Maintain confidentiality and represent the MD professionally in all interactions.

Must-Have Skills

  • Excellent follow-up and closure ability (non-negotiable).
  • Strong written and spoken communication (English + Hindi; Bengali is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office (Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word, Slides/PPT).
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and stakeholder handling.
  • High integrity, reliability, and professionalism.

Eligibility & Logistics

  • Commute: Candidates residing within approx. 45–60 minutes of the MDO location preferred for dependable attendance.
  • Stability: Consistent employment history with a long-term mindset.
  • Work Ethic: Honest, disciplined, and comfortable managing official and limited personal tasks for the MD.

Education & Experience

  • Graduate (BBA/MBA/Secretarial course preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience as EA/Office Coordinator/Admin.
  • Exceptional freshers with strong skills may also be considered.

Selection Process

  • Background fit: Career journey discussion and gap checks.

Skill assessments:

  • Email drafting + short dictation
  • Google Sheets/Excel basics (filters, formulas; VLOOKUP/Pivot is a plus)
  • Scenario-based task on follow-ups and stakeholder handling
  • Quick web research assignment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ghusuri, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
