Job Description

As a Management Administrative Assistant at The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore, your main responsibility is to support the General Manager and their team by handling various administrative tasks. You will be in charge of organizing, composing, and distributing correspondence to employees and guests, as well as responding to inquiries and tracking problem resolution information. To qualify for this position, you should have a high school diploma or GED along with at least 2 years of experience in administrative assistance or a related field. Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major from an accredited university will also be considered, even without prior work experience. Your core work activities will include providing documentation and reporting support, assisting in report and presentation preparation, attending and transcribing meetings, maintaining files, and providing administrative support to managers and departments. You will also handle correspondence, act as a receptionist, and ensure exceptional customer service by managing day-to-day operations to meet customer expectations. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will be expected to handle VIP amenity requests, communicate safety procedures, analyze information to solve problems, and collaborate with colleagues to manage projects effectively. Keeping executives and peers updated with relevant information in a timely manner will also be part of your duties.
