As an Executive Assistant in the Founders Office at Vector Technics, you will play a crucial role in maintaining structure, pace, and clarity across key operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing daily schedules, meetings, travel, and engagements for both founders. - Tracking internal deadlines, team follow-ups, and cross-functional project updates. - Interfacing with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders professionally. - Drafting high-quality emails, summaries, documentation, and meeting notes. - Maintaining internal task trackers, priorities, and progress dashboards. - Coordinating team reviews, planning meetings, and documentation audits. - Organising travel plans, booking logistics, and managing itineraries in detail. - Protecting confidentiality and ensuring sensitive data is handled securely. - Bringing clarity, accountability, and order to fast-paced decision-making environments. Qualifications required for this role include: - Former international/domestic cabin crew experience with 2+ years (Emirates, Vistara, IndiGo, etc.). - Transitioned into corporate operations, executive assistance, or project coordination roles. - Strong exposure to professional communication, multitasking, and structured environments. Additionally, you should possess the following skills: - Impeccable spoken and written English. - Strong organisational skills and an ability to follow through without reminders. - Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.). - Comfortable working in high-responsibility roles with minimal supervision. - Trustworthy, discreet, and comfortable with handling confidential tasks. - Ability to adapt quickly to evolving tasks and shifting priorities.
