Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our MD as their right-hand person. The ideal candidate will demonstrate stability, professionalism, and excellence. This role demands a high degree of discretion, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage diverse responsibilities. It offers a unique opportunity to learn from and closely partner with a senior executive. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Co-ordinate between the MD and HOD’s Manage MD's calendar Coordinate, prioritize, and schedule meetings and appointments Provide regular updates on projects and timelines Take minutes and detailed notes during executive meetings, and follow up on action items Arrange domestic and international travel Write and distribute the monthly internal newsletter Handle certain personal tasks for the MD Operational Support to Admin functions Making effective presentation for various events Support to marketing functions Overlooking Overall Operations Strengthening the functions Establish and maintain harmony across the board Qualifications & Soft Skills Bachelor's degree required Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a proactive mindset High emotional intelligence and the ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality Ability to adhere to company policies and office procedures Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Willingness to take initiative and tackle diverse tasks Excellent project management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,916.08 - ₹48,100.64 per month
