Executive Assistant to Director

As an Executive Assistant to the Director at Divyasetu, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Director in a full-time, on-site role. You will play a vital role in bridging communication between the Director and the back-end team. Your responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and managing meetings and schedules, handling calendar management, and ensuring smooth communication and timely task execution across teams. Additionally, you will support in project coordination, research, and alignment as per the Director's instructions. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a bridge between the Director and the back-end team. - Plan, coordinate, and manage meetings and schedules. - Handle calendar management and daily follow-ups. - Ensure smooth communication and timely execution of tasks across teams. - Support in project coordination, research, and alignment as per the Director's instructions. Preferred Background: - Strong foundation in Sanskrit and psychology. - Interest in astrology, wellness, and Indian knowledge systems. - Excellent communication & organizational skills. - A growth mindset with openness to learning and responsibility.
