Job description:

Primary Responsibilities

1) The primary responsibilities of this role are to maintain the DDGs schedule.

2) coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, provide logistical and travel support.

3) Work on operations related projects.

4) Maintain an accurate and detailed calendar for DDGs, manage and log incoming scheduling requests, re-schedule meetings upon request, proactively communicate changes.

5) Track tasks and projects to ensure appropriate prioritization of projects with respect to deadlines.

6) Organize internal and external meetings for DDGs, including logistical and substantive preparation.

7) Manage all travel scheduling and arrangements

8) Track and reconcile monthly travelling statements and complete and submit expense reports in a timely manner to the Finance.

Other Responsibilities

1) Analyzing and preparing all marketing related materials and various MIS formats

2) Preparing and editing correspondence, reports and presentations

3) Co-ordinating and assistance for documentation for the Trustees,

4) Coordinating and assisting DDGS for Board of Trustees Meeting, National Management Committee and Annual General Meeting and any other meetings.

5) Handling the official websites, officials mails and social networking sites

6) Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments

7) Ready to learn and adapt to any new software /technology

Language Skills :

1) Fluency in English and other local languages required.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and preference for collaboration with proven success working with others; ability to work with high profile individuals externally, as well as collaborate internally.

  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any stream i.e. Arts/Commerce
  • Three or more years of professional work history.
  • The candidate should have the experience of NGO Cancer setups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
