Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions. Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment follow-up. Prepare and post journal entries, vouchers, and bank transactions. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. Reconcile bank statements and other financial reports. Assist in preparation of financial reports, including P&L statements and Balance Sheets. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for payment-related queries. Attending external audits and supervising internal control procedures. Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce 3–5 years of experience in an accounting & finance role Good at MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime). Good understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
