Job Description

Providing strategic, executive and operational support to the director.
Help track and monitor the performance of various functions / regions / businesses
Analyze reports, performance and summarize and identify actionables
Work on / lead the various projects being run from the Director's office
Monitoring the progress on the projects
Working on productivity improvement initiatives
Experimenting with new thoughts and ideas across functions / regions / businesses
Identifying the root causes of the issues and proposing corrective actions
Ensuring that the actionables are closed as per the decided priority
Liaoning with Senior leadership for the delivery on key initiatives
