One World One Family Mission Location: India (Global coordination role) Reporting To: CEO Global Outreach & Communications Role Overview The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO Global Outreach & Communications serves as a trusted partner to the CEO, enabling strategic focus, seamless execution, and effective global coordination across communications, partnerships, campaigns, and outreach initiatives of the One World One Family Mission. This role requires exceptional organisational ability, discretion, global exposure, and strong communication skills, with the capacity to operate in a fast-paced, purpose-driven, international environment. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the CEO Manage complex calendars, schedules, and meetings across multiple time zones Prepare agendas, briefing notes, presentations, and background materials Coordinate global outreach initiatives, campaigns, and events Liaise with senior stakeholders, global partners, media, and internal teams Track action items, follow-ups, and leadership priorities Plan and manage domestic and international travel and logistics Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality Represent the CEOs office with professionalism, discretion, and cultural sensitivity Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Communications, Management, International Relations, Humanities, or a related field MBA or Company Secretary (CS) qualification is required 58 years of experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives Experience in global organisations, NGOs, communications, public affairs, or humanitarian initiatives preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage High emotional intelligence, sound judgement, and exceptional organisational skills Alignment with humanitarian values and the principle of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam One World, One Family This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with global leadership and contribute directly to a mission that seeks to serve humanity across cultures, countries, and communities.
