We're scaling rapidly and need someone exceptional to keep our founder in deep work and high-leverage flow.

Role Summary

This is not a “calendar & travel only” EA role. You will be the chief enabler of focus for the CEO. You'll own inboxes, calls, follow-ups, errands, payments, and coordination. You’ll act as the first line of defense on time requests, ensuring only the truly important reach his plate in an organized way.

You will:

• Own and triage emails, WhatsApps, and calls. Draft replies, close loops, escalate only essentials.
• Protect & orchestrate the calendar with deep work blocks, buffers, and prep packets.
• Manage payments, bills, errands, travel, family obligations, and vendors.
• Ensure all delegated to-dos are tracked and closed systematically.
• Keep documentation hygiene: contacts, vendor lists, preferences, recurring tasks.

You are:

• 4–8 years supporting founders or CXOs in fast-paced environments.
• A master of systems, attention to detail, and discretion.
• Excellent communicator (written & spoken English).
• Tech-savvy: G-Suite, ClickUp/Asana, WhatsApp Biz, Notion/Drive.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Chandigarh Tricity.

Success looks like:

• 15–20 hours of deep work created weekly for the CEO.
• Inbox zero weekly; 95% of tasks closed on time.
• Minimal escalations; loops closed before they reach the CEO.

This role will make you the right hand to one of India’s most ambitious entrepreneurs.
