Position: Executive Assistant to CEO
Location: Bengaluru – Indira Nagar Stage 3

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

The Wellness Shop is a fast-growing wellness and lifestyle brand dedicated to offering high-quality, sustainable, and effective wellness products. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
• Attend and record minutes of important meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Conduct research, compile data, and assist in strategic projects.
• Provide personal and administrative assistance to the CEO as required.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure effective communication and workflow across teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive support or assistant role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
• Willingness to work full-time from our Bengaluru (Indira Nagar Stage 3) office.
