Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.- Prepare and edit various documents and reports.- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.- Assist in project coordination and follow-ups.- Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and teams.- Ensure smooth office operations and organized filing systems.
