Job Description

Administrative Support

o Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and events, create MOM's and follow up deadlines.

o Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

o Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required.

o Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips and event site visits.

2. Communication and Coordination

o Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, ensuring clear and effective internal communication.

o Handle inquiries and requests from clients, partners, and vendors professionally and efficiently.

o Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

3. Event Support

o Provide on-site support during events, managing schedules, addressing issues, and ensuring smooth operations.

o Serve as a point of contact for key clients during events, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns.

4. Office Management

o Ensure the CEO’s office is well-stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.

5. Confidentiality and Discretion

o Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.

o Exercise discretion in managing communications and information flow.

6. Strategic Support

o Analyze data and provide insights to assist the CEO in strategic planning.

o Create and develop presentations for executive meetings and public appearances.

7. Personal Assistance - if required

o Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed to support the CEO’s work-life balance.

o Coordinate activities and schedules for the CEO’s family members if required.

8. Continuous Improvement

o Engage in continuous learning and development to improve skills and stay current with industry trends, especially in event management.

o Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency in the CEO’s office and in event management practices.

9. Client Relations

o Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues.

o Gather feedback from clients post-event to continuously improve service delivery and event experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
