The role of Executive Assistant to the CEO is pivotal in supporting the executive's efficiency by offering top-notch administrative assistance, overseeing schedules, and facilitating communication to foster seamless operations within the executive office. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently. You will be tasked with screening emails, calls, and messages, as well as drafting responses. Additionally, handling personal errands such as flight and hotel bookings and setting reminders for both personal and professional commitments will be part of your routine. Moreover, you will be responsible for preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items. Maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive information, managing and tracking personal and business expenses, and overseeing office operations including supply management and logistics are crucial aspects of this role. You will also be involved in coordinating with vendors such as IT, utilities, and maintenance services, managing travel arrangements both domestically and internationally, and maintaining documentation such as contracts, legal documents, and business records. Furthermore, supporting in organizing company events, town hall meetings, and leadership gatherings, ensuring compliance with regulatory filings, and assisting in recruitment processes are among the duties you will be expected to perform.
