Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially mail drafting/ letter drafting, Communication, Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
Job Description:
1. Handle CEO office in terms of scheduling meetings, both, with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Travel and Calendar Management.
3. Should be good in making minutes and concluding the meetings. Should be available with CEO in all the meetings.
4.Prioritize and handle confidential correspondence, communications, and reports.
5. Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and documents for meetings and events. Should be good in giving presentations.
6. Track and follow up on key action items from meetings and ensure deadlines are met.
7. Strategic and Operational support.
