Hiring: Executive Assistant to Founder (Legal firm experience preferred)

Executive Assistant

✨ What You’ll Do

  • Manage calendars, meetings, court dates, and appointments
  • Handle client communication with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Maintain legal files, case documents, and prepare OCR/paginated PDFs
  • Supervise office staff and oversee daily office operations
  • Manage travel arrangements for Founder and Advisors
  • Handle petty cash, basic accounts, invoices, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain office supplies, facilities, and service provider relationships
  • Assist with occasional personal tasks for the Founder

🎓 Requirements

  • Graduate with

    3–4 years’ experience

    in EA/Secretarial/Office Management roles
  • (Legal firm experience preferred)
  • Strong communication in English & Hindi
  • Proficient with

    MS Office, Google Workspace, Apple systems & Adobe Acrobat

  • Strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Basic accounting and vendor management skills
