About Us

Tanmatra Ayurveda is an Ayurveda clinic in Trivandrum, blending authentic Ayurvedic healing with modern practices. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support Dr. Alka Vijayan, our Managing Director.

Role Highlights

• Manage calendars, schedules, and travel.

• Draft emails, reports, and presentations.

• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups.

• Liaise with staff, patients, and external partners.

• Maintain confidentiality at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 - 3 years of experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant.

• Strong communication skills (English & Malayalam).

• Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace.

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Background in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality is an advantage.

Compensation Based on experience.
