About the Role:

Executive Assistant

You will be a key partner in ensuring smooth business operations and maintaining professional communication both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Director's calendar scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.
• Coordinate and organize virtual meetings (Zoom/Google Meet), prepare agendas, and track follow-ups.
• Act as the first point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle email management drafting, responding, and prioritizing messages.
• Organize and maintain documents and files related to key projects.
• Ensure timely reminders and daily briefings to the Director.
• Prepare basic reports, presentations, and meeting notes when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional

  written and verbal English communication

  skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Calendar, Meet), MS Office, and Zoom.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setup.
• Comfortable handling confidential information.
