Handle secretarial and general administrative tasks, including correspondence, documentation, and records management
Manage office facilities, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Coordinate schedules and logistics for internal and external review meetings
Prepare, record, and circulate meeting minutes; track action items and follow up to closure
Identify new vendors, obtain quotations, compare costs, and coordinate onboarding
Liaise with existing vendors for renewals, service issues, and performance tracking
Verify and process general invoices with accuracy (pricing, GST, approvals)
Maintain a real-time Cost of Operations / Expense Tracker
Support basic finance coordination related to operational and administrative expenses
Assist in marketing audits and internal reviews as and when required
Ensure proper documentation and data availability for audits
