Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the MD's appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure the smooth daily operations of the company. Acting as the first point of contact, you will screen phones, emails, and visitors, forwarding only urgent or essential matters to the leadership team. Your role will involve coordinating the shipment or return of jewelry samples, working closely with suppliers and certification labs discreetly, especially prior to client views or production deliveries. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing briefs and documents for meetings, including client quotes, design overviews, and showroom or exhibition notes for the MD's review. Furthermore, you will draft follow-up correspondence such as thank-you notes, order confirmations, and efficiently file them for future reference. You will also handle shop floor or trade fair logistics, which includes coordinating courier pickups, booth schedules, and VIP walkthroughs of showrooms. The office timings for this position are from 10am to 7pm, and the working location is Ichhapore, Surat.
