Job Description

Shift time: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, coordinating complex schedules, and arranging travel itineraries.
  • Manage the CEO's Google Calendar, ensuring accurate and up-to-date scheduling.
  • Develop and maintain intricate spreadsheets using Excel to track and analyze key performance metrics.
  • Prepare and review presentations, reports, and other documents for the CEO's review.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients.
  • Anticipate and resolve administrative issues, exercising sound judgment and discretion.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a legal environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite, particularly Google Calendar.
  • Impeccable organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
