Executive Assistant

This is an extremely fast-paced startup opportunity for a professional who is a get-things-done, proactive, entrepreneurial, and people-helping person. You will support and work alongside a talented, humble, and globally focused executive. You enjoy working with different personalities and prioritize a multitude of competing demands with ease.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full support to the VP, Engineering & Site Leader, including heavy calendar management, travel, expense reports, team events/offsites
• Coordination and planning of continual domestic and international travel, including organising trip agendas and logistics.
• Maintain and manage diaries and arrange meetings and appointments, both internally and externally on a local and global level.
• Project manage ongoing initiatives via meeting management, document organisation, and both email and in-person follow ups.
• Adapt to support different or additional Executives as business needs change.
• Facilitate communication and organisation between teams at LiveRamp.
• In everything, represent LiveRamp and the LiveRamp team with professionalism, kindness, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with both India and global teams on x-team efforts and initiatives drive towards successful completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Will come with extensive administrative experience within a global organisation, working with internationally focussed leaders.
• Have direct experience in supporting senior level executives in a dynamic, results oriented environment.
• Due to the level of confidentiality in this role, we require you to have the highest level of discretion, ethics, good judgement and common sense.
• Will communicate effectively with high level contacts both inside and/or outside the company.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and strong editing/proofreading skills are needed for you to be successful. Experience with G Suite is highly beneficial.
• A high level of integrity, strong attention to detail and ability to multitask are also required.
• Thrive in challenging situations but at the same time can maintain a positive, proactive attitude.
