We are a leading trading firm in the fashion goods industry, known for our trend-driven products and a fast-paced, professional work environment. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior executives
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Assist with office management and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems

Requirements:

• Male/Female candidates can apply
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Working Hours:
11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary Offered:
₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
