Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Executive Assistant for our MD, located in Bengaluru. The EA will support the Managing Director in day-to-day operational and strategic tasks, including coordinating and managing projects, preparing reports and presentations, and facilitating communication across departments. The role is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of the company’s goals and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable project management and organizational skills with 2-3 years minimum experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in preparing reports and presentations, leveraging ERP and other systems
• Ability to facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Leadership and team management experience is a plus
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
