Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant with a legal background—such as a paralegal or someone with equivalent experience—to support our senior executive team. This role blends high-level administrative support with legal document handling, including reviewing, editing, and cleaning up contracts and agreements.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing sensitive legal and business documentation while also handling the demands of executive scheduling and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and communication handling.
  • Review, edit, and clean up legal documents such as contracts, agreements, NDAs, and memorandums.
  • Ensure all legal documents are formatted properly, accurate, and comply with internal standards.
  • Track and maintain version control of agreements and other sensitive documents.
  • Act as liaison between executives and legal counsel, both internal and external.
  • Prepare and organize documentation for meetings, including agendas and follow-up materials.
  • Maintain confidential records and filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Support general administrative duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; Paralegal certification or equivalent legal training strongly desired.
  • 3–5 years of experience in an executive assistant or paralegal role.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, document structures, and review practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and document comparison tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a high level of organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience working with legal teams or in-house counsel.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign or similar platforms for document execution.
  • Experience using contract management software or tools.
  • Notary Public certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
