Executive Assistant (Female only)

As an Executive Assistant at EroadMap Digital Solutions, you will be an integral part of the Managing Director's office, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your role will involve managing the MD's calendar, coordinating meetings, and handling various administrative tasks. You will serve as a key liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Your responsibilities will include preparing meeting documents, managing communications on behalf of the MD, assisting in report and presentation preparation, and overseeing special projects as assigned. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the office functions smoothly by managing supplies and providing general administrative support. To excel in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, along with at least 1 year of experience in an executive support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication and organizational skills are essential. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 per month, based on experience.
