Job Description:

We are hiring a dedicated and organized Executive Assistant to support senior management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling confidential tasks, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining smooth internal communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to senior executives
• Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
• Coordinate internal and external meetings
• Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
• Handle communication and correspondence professionally
• Assist in daily office operations as needed

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
