Position:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements
  • Handle internal and external communication with professionalism
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data using MS Excel
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Coordinate with departments for timely execution of tasks and follow-ups

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data handling, formatting, and basic formulas)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
