Role & responsibilities

Prepare and type official correspondence, memos, and reports accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and organize confidential records, files, and documents.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate branch activities.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, and emails professionally.
Provide administrative support for daily banking operations.
Support account opening, loan documentation, and customer service functions as required.
Prepare and update spreadsheets, ledgers, and data entry for banking transactions.
Assist in compliance documentation and record-keeping for audits and inspections.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling financial and client information.
Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
Assist in preparing and processing invoices, bills, receipts, and payments.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
