🔎 We're Hiring: Assistant / Account Manager at Alles Kreativ Mumbai | Full-time | Hybrid (Remote + In-person) Alles Kreativ is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and articulate Assistant / Account Manager to work directly with the founders and ensure seamless coordination across clients, teams, and projects. What You’ll Do: 🔸 Be the point of contact for all clients —you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our creative team, ensuring clarity and timely updates. 🔸 Attend all client and internal meetings (virtually or in person depending on the brand) — take clear notes, create action items, and follow up with the team to ensure timely execution. 🔸 Manage schedules — set up meetings with clients and founders, and make sure everyone’s on the same page. 🔸 Track deliverables and follow up on pending tasks with both internal teams and clients. 🔸 Help maintain project documentation on Google Sheets and Docs. 🔸 Support in creating simple client decks, reports and moodboards on Canva as needed. You Should Have: ✔ Excellent written and spoken English — you’ll be handling client communication. ✔ Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs & basic Canva. ✔ Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple brands at once. ✔ A can-do attitude, accountability, and the ability to take initiative. Bonus if you: ⭐ Have prior experience in a client servicing or account management role in the creative/digital industry. ⭐ Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
