Job Description – Junior Executive Assistant

The candidate must be ready to work in a Dynamic Corporate Environment and support senior management with day-to-day tasks. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills to ensure smooth business operations and high professional standards.

Job Title: Junior Executive Assistant

Experience: 0–2 Years in administrative/executive support roles (freshers with good communication skills may also apply)

Employment Type: Full-time (6 days a week)

Base Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad

Responsibilities:

1. Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management

2. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and official documents

3. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders

4. Support in HR, admin, and back-office operations as required

5. Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field

2. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

3. Strong verbal and written communication skills

Requirements:

1. Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable

2. Good interpersonal and coordination skills

3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

4. Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
