As a Sales Executive at our bank, your role involves boosting sales and expanding our customer base through various strategic initiatives. Your key responsibilities include: - Spearheading efforts to increase the bank's sales, with a focus on core products like checking and savings accounts, as well as term deposits. - Proactively identifying and engaging new customers interested in life and general insurance policies, credit cards, and other services to broaden our customer base. - Deepening existing client relationships by encouraging the exploration of additional bank services, especially for customers with inactive accounts. - Conducting field marketing activities that require travel to different locations, utilizing diverse strategies to attract new clientele. - Diligently recording all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure comprehensive tracking of sales activities and communications. - Strictly adhering to the bank's selling rules and marketing guidelines to uphold ethical practices and regulatory compliance. Qualifications required for this role: - Graduate or Diploma in any stream. - Young, energetic individuals, either freshers or with 1-3 years of experience in liability sales. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
