EXECUTIVE - AR

The role of Executive - AR at Omega Healthcare Management Services Private Limited in Chennai-I involves managing day-to-day activities related to Denials Processing, Claims follow-up, and Customer Service for US Healthcare providers, Physicians, and Hospitals. As the Executive - AR, you will work closely with the team leader to ensure that deliverables to clients meet quality standards. Your responsibilities include handling Denials, Rejections, LOA's to accounts, making necessary corrections to claims, calling insurance carriers, documenting actions taken, reviewing emails for updates, identifying and escalating issues, updating production logs, and adhering strictly to company policies and procedures. To excel in this role, you should possess sound knowledge of Healthcare concepts and have 6 months to 3 years of Accounts Receivable calling experience. You must demonstrate excellent knowledge of Denial management, understand client requirements and project specifications, be proficient in calling insurance companies, and ensure targeted collections are met on a daily/monthly basis. Meeting productivity targets within stipulated timeframes and ensuring accurate and timely follow-up on pending claims are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining status reports, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the Accounts Receivable function.,
